6. Order Cancellation and Modification
Before Shipment: You can cancel the order free of charge before it is shipped. Please contact our customer service team via email and provide the order number. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 3 business days.
After Shipment: You can no longer directly cancel the order. You may refuse the package upon delivery or request a return in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy. Refunds will be processed once we receive and confirm the returned item.
